Nestled at 585 Les Grands Chanteux, the property where this wedding took place offered a splendid setting for this country celebration. With its vast outdoor space, it allowed for the installation of several tents designed to meet the guests' needs while blending harmoniously with the surrounding landscape. This location was chosen not only for its natural beauty but also for its capacity to accommodate 200 guests who could enjoy the tranquility of the countryside.

A 364 m² saicloth tent was erected to host the dinner. In this elegant space, guests savored refined dishes prepared by Mets Délices, a renowned caterer, while enjoying the clear view of nature and the surrounding hills. Simultaneously, a 75 m² stretch tent, draped in white fabric, was set up for the cocktail. Light and airy, this structure created a warm environment. To guard against potential weather whims, an additional 150 m² stretch tent was put on standby, ensuring the celebration could proceed smoothly, regardless of the weather conditions.

Logistical challenges overcome brilliantly

Organizing a wedding of this scale involves overcoming certain logistical challenges, and this event was no exception. The property was only accessible via small dirt paths. Therefore, the Atawa team had to ensure the availability of appropriate vehicles and experienced drivers for transporting guests and equipment while ensuring everyone's safety. These challenges, though demanding, were approached with a positive and proactive attitude, illustrating the team's adaptability.

June 2024 was marked by unpredictable weather, complicating the organization of this event. A few days before the wedding, it was decided to position the stretch tents near the main tent to ensure easy access in case of rain. This decision proved wise, as torrential rain fell during the cocktail hour. Guests were able to take shelter and continue the ceremony as if nothing had happened.

A cozy and elegant space

The decoration of this wedding was meticulously planned to create the country theme desired by the bride and groom. Floral touches, light strings, and natural elements were integrated into the tent decor. The soft lighting diffused a gentle and romantic atmosphere. The table arrangement was designed to encourage interactions among guests, with semi-circular seating and elegant centerpieces. A 40 m² floor extension was also set up as a terrace in front of the tent, providing additional space for guests wishing to enjoy the fresh air and the beauty of the surrounding landscape.

The preparation of such a celebration, however meticulous and professional, does not prevent all risks of unforeseen events. In this particular case, the Atawa team demonstrated great flexibility in adapting to changing conditions. Keeping in mind the satisfaction of the bride, groom, and guests, Atawa anticipated needs and reacted quickly both before and on the day of the event, thanks to the coordinator dedicated to this project.
