From the G7 on the environment in Metz to the canoeing championship and the Spi Dauphine sailing race, our teams are used to adapting to each venue: creating a space from scratch using event infrastructures or taking over an existing venue. Festivals, sporting or cultural events, trade fairs or exhibitions, we are familiar with events for the general public. We also provide fixed assets for a few weeks.
Sanitary facilities, electrical distribution, lighting, sound system, video recording, our teams located in all regions of France simplify the organisation of your events with a single contact person who is responsible for the overall offer.
We offer support in organising a safety commission to approve the infrastructures required for the opening of the event. The regulations and approval of the structures (safety / fire extinguisher / emergency exit) should not be overlooked and our support will enable you to enjoy your event with complete peace of mind.
Large public events require a large surface area for structures and we respond to this with an original offer (wooden dome, cathedral dome, naked tipi). For each event, it is a question of adapting to the place but be careful to organise your space well so that each person present does not get lost. Think about the communication and set up a relevant signage, thanks to digital printing, we have helped many passers-by to find their way! To go further, Atawa can also provide support on the regulatory and flow management aspects.
It is important during an event to pay attention to the logistics, for example the deliveries of the different service providers should be anticipated. We recommend timing the set-up schedule to avoid wasting time or having service providers arrive at the same time and blocking the way. The time and space constraints should be taken into account and adapted to the constraints on the ground. Remember to draw up a back-plan for deliveries and assembly!
Atawa is able to advise you on how to apply for authorisations. Indeed, when an event is held, especially for the general public, it must be declared to the prefecture or the town hall. Moreover, during the setting up and/or dismantling, it is essential to reserve places in the street, in the jargon of the event industry, we call this "ventousage"! ☺
