How Atawa works

Discover the Atawa service: a dedicated and available advisor will accompany you from the first contact through the key stages of the organisation and realisation of your event.

1. First contact

1. First contact

Complete an online brief in a few minutes to tell us about your project. A consultant will contact you to discuss your project in more detail. You can find all of our means of communication on our contact page.
2. Qualification of the need

2. Qualification of the need

This step allows us to understand your needs, your desires and your budget in order to offer you the best possible solution, adapted to your expectations. Our advisor is there to accompany you.
3. Proposal

3. Proposal

You will receive an initial personalised proposal as soon as possible. Don't forget to consult the "Options" section containing products and services specially selected for your project by your advisor.
4. Validation

4. Validation

If the proposal meets your expectations, you will send the signed quote by email to your consultant. The signature of the quotation is an act of commitment and entails the reservation of the equipment and logistics as well as the acceptance of the GTC. Marginal changes are always possible.
5. Technical survey

5. Technical survey

The technical visit is carried out by an Atawa coordinator and our local operations manager. It allows us to familiarise ourselves with the location, validate access to the site and the condition of the land. It may be optional in certain cases.
6. Adjustments

6. Adjustments

Between the signing of the quotation and up to 1 month before your event, adjustments can be made, subject to availability, to the number of square metres and the quantities of furniture ordered.
7. Options

7. Options

For any additional request, do not hesitate to call your consultant to add options related to the organisation of your event.
8. Assembly

8. Assembly

Our specialised teams go to your event location 1 or 2 days before it takes place to deliver and set up the infrastructure planned in your project. Our tents are installed according to precise technical rules and by certified professionals.
9. Dismantling

9. Dismantling

Our teams go to the venue 1 or 2 days after your event to dismantle and recover all the equipment set up for your event (tent, furniture, floor, sanitary facilities, etc.).
