A country-chic celebration at Saint André in Occitanie

A country-chic celebration at Saint André in Occitanie

On May 27, 2023, in the enchanting setting of Saint André in the heart of the Pyrénées-Orientales, Ines and Charles celebrated their love surrounded by 180 guests. This country-chic wedding came to life amidst the peaceful nature of the Occitanie region, creating unforgettable memories.

A Saint André wedding in the heart of nature

Saint André, located in the beautiful Occitanie region, offers an authentic country setting that exudes tranquility and elegance. It's the perfect backdrop for a memorable wedding like that of Ines and Charles Antoine.
The couple chose to hold their wedding reception in the middle of a field, a secluded spot far from everything but steeped in nature.

Tent installation and space management

The choice of Saint André as the wedding venue brought an authentic touch to this special day. Nestled in the midst of lush natural surroundings, this spot far removed from the hustle and bustle of everyday life provided the perfect backdrop for a country wedding.
180 guests were invited to take part in this exceptional day. It was therefore essential to provide the appropriate infrastructure to enable everyone to enjoy the event and celebrate the union of Inés and Charles.

To ensure the comfort of all guests, well thought-out infrastructures were put in place. A spacious 364 m² Sailcloth Tent was set up for the dinner and dance floor, while a 72 m² Stretch Tent hosted the cocktail reception. For a romantic look, the Sailcloth Tent was accessorized with fabric curtains. 25 m² pagodas were installed for the catering area, ensuring that every detail was taken into account.

Flooring and sanitary facilities

450 m² of classic flooring were installed under the Sailcloth tent and 75 m² under the stretch tent, to provide maximum comfort. The sanitary facilities were also carefully thought out: a five-station sanitary caravan, equipped with a wooden staircase, guaranteed the well-being of guests.

Country-style furniture and tableware

Attention to detail was the key to this exceptional wedding. The furniture, the crossback chairs, the wooden side tables - everything was carefully chosen to match the country-chic theme. Plates from the Plane Filet range and golden cutlery from the Neo range added a touch of elegance to the table.

A magical atmosphere for this wedding in the Pyrénées Orientales

For the lighting scheme, we opted for self-contained LED spotlights inside the tent. Strings of lights outside created an enchanting atmosphere, while providing security for the surrounding area.
A professional public address system ensured that every word was clearly heard by all guests. Technician Atawa took charge of sound, video, lighting and equipment set-up. We supplied the microphones, speakers and digital console.

Meticulous organization for this wedding in Saint André

Our coordinator, with a background in electricity, solved a number of logistical problems on site, including moving the catering truck and the power supply. This expertise enabled Ines and Charles to concentrate fully on their day.
This wedding at Saint André in Occitanie was the perfect embodiment of the country-chic theme, thanks to the venue. Thanks to seamless coordination, elegant staging and attention to detail, Ines and Charles Antoine were able to experience their wedding day like a dream.
