Professional dinner at Château de Potensac

Professional dinner at Château de Potensac

For the presentation of his new vintages, the owner of the Château de Potensac wine estate chose to bring together wine merchants at his magnificent property in the Bordeaux region.

The event, which took place on July 13, 2023, was held outdoors, in the grounds of this timelessly charming residence. The 70 guests enjoyed a verdant setting in the heart of the Nord-Médoc vineyards, in the commune of Ordonnac.

A unique setting for a prestigious corporate event

The organization of this gustatory event required our teams to demonstrate their adaptability. The host wanted to set up a table for his 70 guests in a very specific area of his estate, between two majestic plane trees, only 5 meters apart. In addition, a branch connecting the two trees at a certain height limited our field of action. An infrastructure adapted to the configuration of the site was therefore judiciously conceived. Original in its layout, it transformed this corporate event into a sumptuous country banquet that guests will long remember.

To welcome guests in style, a stretch tent from the Nomade range was installed by our technicians, who scrupulously respected the customer's specifications. The structure, which adapts to any environment, was set up between the two trees overlooking the park. With a total floor area of 200 m2, this atypical 5 × 40-metre marquee provided guests with every comfort in an exceptional setting.

Every detail was considered to ensure that guests enjoyed a luxurious country setting.

A 200 m² raw wood floor gave the final touch to the structure, whose poles are made of eucalyptus wood. A skirting coordinated with the tent fabric elegantly concealed the floor's assembly elements, which were adapted to the garden's uneven ground.

To facilitate access to the platform, a wide wooden ramp was installed. Equally clad in skirting, it harmoniously linked the garden and the marquee, the two elements becoming one.

But beyond the structure, which opens onto the park on either side, the furniture was also carefully selected to maintain the desired country-chic feel. Raw wood elements were used, including large oak tables from the Nature range, left as they were, without tablecloths. Crossback chairs from the Champêtre range were also chosen for their elegance and comfort, with fabric seats.

A successful corporate event at Château de Potensac

For the presentation of its new wines, our customer wanted to welcome guests in an authentic yet sumptuous setting, from which everyone could admire the vineyards.

This presented our teams with two challenges. The first was to integrate a chic structure suited to both the singular site and the country theme. The installation of a nomadic stretch tent met our customer's expectations, enabling him to offer his guests a luxurious banquet right next to his vines.

The second was to respond to a last-minute request, what's more, in the middle of an already overcrowded summer season. Unavailable to erect the structure the day before the event, our teams installed it more than a week before D-day. Thanks to their expertise, the tent was always perfectly fixed in place for the reception.

Thanks to their experience and know-how, our Atawa teams were able to adapt to all constraints, whether technical or time-related. As a result, our customer and his 70 guests enjoyed an exceptional moment of sharing at Château de Potensac.
