The STIF company, a specialist in handling components, celebrated its anniversary in grand style at the Château de l’Epinay in Saint-Georges-sur-Loire. This event, bringing together 390 people, was a true success, thanks to the expertise of Atawa, which was entrusted with the organization and execution of this special day. Prestigious infrastructures
To welcome guests in a setting worthy of STIF's expectations, Atawa deployed high-quality infrastructures. The centerpiece? A crystal tent measuring 20m x 40m, featuring a new canopy with the latest white fabric section, allowing for a discreet catering area. In front of this tent, an extension of flooring of 300m² was installed to create a welcoming terrace that was particularly appreciated by the guests. A 60m long and 2m wide path was also laid out between the château and the terrace to facilitate access and enhance the arrival experience for participants.
Hospitality and practical solutions
To meet the varied needs of the guests, Atawa complemented these infrastructures with two 25m² pagodas, creating a comfortable and sheltered smoking area. Due to the challenging weather conditions in the weeks leading up to the event, ground protection plates were installed to prevent damage to the wet terrain and to allow unobstructed access for service vehicles.
All the furniture, including chairs, tables, high tables, bars, and umbrellas, was delivered and set up by the Atawa team, providing an elegant and functional setting that met the client’s expectations. The decoration was also carefully considered: carpeting, gable coverings, a stage setup, draping, and partitions to conceal the catering area all contributed to the refined aesthetic of the event.
The event was enhanced by the installation of a giant LED screen and a complete sound system, including all the necessary equipment for the orchestra and DJ performances. The lightingwas meticulously designed, with various spots strategically positioned, while nine crystal chandeliers added a touch of sophistication to the tent. A generator was installed to ensure a reliable power supply throughout the event. Finally, to provide optimal comfort for guests, autonomous sanitary cabins were made available.
Coordination and support
Atawa accompanied STIF throughout the event without the intervention of any event agency. A coordinator was present during the setup and teardown, ensuring a smooth and seamless organization. A stage manager was also on-site to coordinate the subcontractors, ensuring that every detail was accounted for and executed to perfection.
Intimate and warm pre-party
As a prelude, a more intimate pre-party was organized at the home of STIF’s leaders, Mr. and Mrs. Burgos. For this occasion, Atawa set up a crystal tent measuring 10m x 10m, featuring an awning for a sheltered outdoor space. The warm and relaxed ambiance of this area was enhanced by the installation of lounge furniture. This was complemented by a luminous carousel that added a touch of magic to this private and friendly evening, laying the groundwork for a successful weekend of celebration.
Atawa took its role as STIF's exclusive supporter very seriously, assuming all the organizational responsibilities typically delegated to an event agency. The entire team was fully committed. For instance, the purchase of disposable shoe covers to preserve the freshly laid carpet after the protective film was removed is a perfect example of this commitment. Managing a terrain with significant elevation changes also required compromises and adaptability, which Atawa demonstrated by enlarging the flooring path.
The unfavorable weather conditions highlighted Atawa's responsiveness, allowing for last-minute orders and installation of ground protection plates, thus preserving the integrity of the terrain and facilitating access for delivery trucks.
Thanks to this proactive approach and meticulous attention to detail, Atawa transformed a challenging site into a perfectly arranged venue to host an event of this scale. Guests, through their feedback, praised not only the beauty of the setting but also the smooth organization and the comfort provided throughout the day.
