Carpet and other coverings

Depending on your type of event, the style you want, your budget and the size of the venue, a multitude of floor coverings are available. Atawa can cover the floor of your space under an event structure or within a building, for example.

Offering comfort, elegance and durability, laid carpet is a common choice for your events. Easy to install, it is more soundproofing and insulating than other materials. What's more, it offers a diverse range in terms of the material, texture, thickness and colours chosen. It can be lined with latex to make it waterproof;

Compact and solid, needle carpet is ideal for an event taking place over several days, while salsa carpet will give you a velvet-effect finish. For more originality you can also opt for a sequined or patterned carpet. 
While carpet is one of the most comfortable and aesthetically pleasing floor coverings, it can also get dirty easily. So for an event taking place in the rainy season, in the countryside or over several days, Atawa recommends that you avoid colours that are too light. What's more, when choosing your carpet, it's important to bear in mind that some models are recyclable. 

If you want to use a natural material,coir flooring, or sea rush, is an aesthetic and elegant option. Made up of woven mats, this flooring is hard-wearing and equally suited to an event taking place outdoors, or in a covered space. As well as being natural, this flooring has the advantage of getting dirty less easily than light-toned carpet.

Another option allowing you to personalise the flooring at your event is lino. In fact, lino flooring comes in a wide variety of colours and patterns: wood effect, waxed concrete or checkerboard... a multitude of prints are possible to suit your decor.
