A Logistical Challenge: Quick Setup and Takedown

Organizing a wedding at a castle always presents a challenge, especially due to the limited time available for setup and takedown of the infrastructure. For this event, Atawa had only two days for setup and one day for takedown. Any reduction in these timeframes or any nighttime intervention would have incurred additional costs.

The Atawa Solution: Responsiveness and Personalized Advice

Despite the request being made only 15 days before the event, Atawa demonstrated great responsiveness. Our team managed to find the appropriate materials and propose a structure that perfectly met the expectations of Sumptuous Events. Our advisory role was crucial in ensuring the quality and aesthetics sought by the client.
 

High-Quality Infrastructure and Decoration

For this wedding, Atawa provided high-quality infrastructure and decorations, transforming the castle into a fairy-tale venue:

✨Glass Tent: A 600 m² Glass tent with custom-made new roofs, crystal-clear gable peaks, and black skirting harmonized with the glass color.

✨Decorative Covering: Decorators installed a large white cotton canvas to hide the catering area, ensuring elegant visual continuity.

✨Catering Area: A 100 m² catering space equipped with two heaters was set up to ensure impeccable service.
