Wedding in a reception tent in IDF
On 9 July in Saint-Maurice-Montcouronne in the Ile-de-France region, Atawa installed a large, classic 400 square metre reception tent with a canopy in a charming private property.
A huge reception tent with a silky drape
A mansion surrounded by a gigantic and beautiful park with trees. Trees in bloom, large and small, and there's even a pond. Atawa has set up a large reception tent in this beautiful private property in the Ile-de-France.
On one side is the family house, where the cocktail party takes place after the secular ceremony in the park under the trees. On the other side, the tent that receives the 300 guests for the dinner. And in the middle a huge aisle to connect them. Atawa built this aisle by installing a floor, levelled to adapt to the unevenness.
In front of the mansion, Atawa offered to rent a 420m2 reception tent, an open-air ephemeral home, a 36m2 terrace provided a smooth transition between the cocktail party and the dinner and welcomed smokers during the evening. To add an elegant and romantic touch to the structure housing the wedding dinner, Atawa installed a silky white drape, called a velum. Atawa's team of decorators dressed the poles, but also the partitions leading to the catering tent and the four cleverly hidden sanitary cubicles... They also installed the velum and the wrought iron chandeliers with a dimmer switch! It was a beautiful, warm summer evening, and all the crystal curtains in the tent were open to the garden.
In order to ensure a meticulous service down to the smallest detail, the reception tent was covered with a jupponage, which allowed the metal framework of the floor to be aesthetically dressed. Atawa was also responsible for installing the lighting for the structure and its surroundings. Indeed, autonomous LED spotlights all around the tent illuminated it, waiting for the arrival of the starry sky, which in turn illuminated the interior of the elegant barnum.
