Country wedding in Deux-Sèvres
Country wedding reception in New Aquitaine
On 23 June, the newlyweds celebrated their wedding on the grounds of a 15th century private estate. Atawa set up a large bamboo tent to accommodate the 150 guests.
An aesthetic bamboo marquee with a country feel
In Oroux, a small village of about 100 inhabitants in the Deux-Sèvres, weddings never go unnoticed. So when the newlyweds chose to celebrate their wedding surrounded by their 150 guests, the challenge was great: to satisfy the lovers' chic and country-style desires and to sublimate the 15th century private property with a huge event tent. Atawa was sure of it: the 250 m2 bamboo tent would amaze the guests.
The marquee is an exceptional product that fits perfectly with outdoor ceremonies and weddings. Here, its natural bamboo poles and white canvas matched the furniture and decoration hired for the occasion: a dance floor, bamboo chairs, spotlights and hanging electric garlands, not forgetting the flowers and plants.
Outside, conviviality was the order of the day: a cosy corner made of pallets and bales of hay to relax and chat, parasols to protect you from the sun, a DJ Truck and a sugared almond bar to satisfy the most greedy. The catering area was located in a Pagoda tent right next to the tent.
A successful event for Atawa
If Atawa has chosen to accompany couples who say "I do", it is to allow them to devote themselves fully to their beautiful day without dwelling on technical or logistical details. And because the satisfaction of Atawa's clients is a priority, their team made sure that the couple's wishes and the needs of their wedding planner were met throughout the preparations: tailor-made support and personalised advice, flexibility, installation of tents, furniture, gas heating and lighting.
It was a big challenge, but once again, Atawa rose to the occasion!
