Wedding in the Médoc
Wedding reception at Château le Crock Nouvelle-Aquitaine
Early September, a few weeks before the harvest, at Château le Crock in Saint-Estèphe, near Bordeaux. The vines, enriched with almost ripe grapes, stand next to a wedding tent, freshly installed by Atawa.
He is French, she is American. Both are lovers of the land, heritage and good wine and have chosen to get married in the area. An international wedding in a masterly setting: Château le Crock, a beautiful 19th century building surrounded by 32 hectares of vines producing Cru Bourgeois since 1932... At the end of the park, as a response to the beautiful château, pretty marquees have been installed by Atawa.
Renting a large reception tent in the park of the castle
A sort of ephemeral castle that blends into the winegrowing landscape as if nothing had happened, in all simplicity. A difficulty? The sloping ground... Atawa overcame it! In particular by levelling the ground, accompanied by an access ramp. A 375m2 reception tent was erected to accommodate the 300 guests.
Guests were invited to dine and dance on a beautiful spruce floor that extended beyond the tent to form a 75 m2 outdoor terrace... An elegant entrance hall! The caterer, for his part, officiated under a 50 m2 pagoda, sharing the same floor.
Atawa also took care of the decoration, the lighting and the photos.
To dress the tent? A beautiful 375 m2 pleated, off-white canopy to match the bride's dress... Even the tent poles and the fence on the terrace were in line with the white, elegant and veiled style.
To brighten it all up? Atawa took care of the electricity, providing a generator and an electrical panel. The interior of the tent is illuminated with spotlights at the foot of each pole, pointing upwards. But also lighting to embellish the facade of the castle, the pond and the park with trees.
Once again, Atawa adapted to the slightest wishes and was very reactive... For example, they offered photos taken with a drone to the newlyweds...
