Do you know the Papa Cabane? Yes, he's the one who organizes aperitifs all summer long, in Bercy, on his 1000 square meters terrace. Atawa hosted him for one, then several evenings...

The basic deal? Havas sports & entertainment organised a big party for the Accor group last September on the huge 1000 square metre terrace. And they called on Atawa to host it.
The challenge? The team had to deal with the constraints of the already installed bar: the wooden sofas and tables, the food corner, the concrete floor that could not be drilled... They therefore erected a large 450 square metre tent above the bar and a smaller 100 square metre tent to house the VIP and lounge area. Both were weighted down with large blocks placed at different corners of the terrace.

Atawa also provided the lighting with 40 amber spotlights and the comfort of the 800 guests by installing a dozen heated parasols... Ideal, at the end of the summer when it was getting dark!

The experiment worked so well that the temporary camp remained for three weeks after the party!
