Stand at CES in Las Vegas
Customised exhibition stand at CES for Cosmo Connected
In January 2019, Atawa flew across the Atlantic for the 52nd edition of the Consumer Electronic Show in Las Vegas, the world's most renowned high-tech exhibition. Its mission? To create an exhibition stand worthy of the event for the start-up Cosmo Connected.
For its third participation in the CES in Las Vegas, the French start-up co-founded by Romain Afflelou and Frédéric Metge was looking for a reliable partner. Having already collaborated with Atawa for the Mondial de la Moto last October, Cosmo Connected called on its services once again. What was the brief? To build a stand in the image of this brand specialising in connected objects for people on the move, all within the shortest possible time.
Remote design of the project thanks to 3D visualisation
Using its network of partners in North America, Atawa managed the design of the stand from start to finish, from its 3D scenography to its construction, taking care of course to meet the rather strict CES regulations. Working hand in hand with Pauline and Guillaume, who were in charge of the project, Atawa took care to keep them informed of the follow-up of the set-up thanks to a detailed photo report.
A tailor-made stand for an emblematic exhibition
Delivered one day before the show opened, the 50m2 exhibition stand was divided into three parts: a cosy corner to receive customers, an area dedicated to "bike" products and a third dedicated to the world of motorbikes.
In addition to the structure, Atawa also provided a host of extras: a central parts store with a fridge, coffee machine and coat rack; visuals, including a life-size banner hanging 7 metres high; furniture; two plasma screens; full lighting; three demonstration podiums and even a daily cleaning service.
To top it all off, an Atawa coordinator was also on hand throughout the show to keep an eye on things and make adjustments if necessary.
