Motor racing: FIA WEC tests
Marquee hire for an F1 event
From 6 to 15 April, the Circuit Paul Ricard in Le Castellet hosted the car tests for the FIA World Endurance Championship. The Atawa canvas vibrated to the sound of the unleashed cars...
Intervention on a mythical race track
World Endurance Championship, European Le Mans Series. Two major endurance car championships. Both have prepared the opening of the season on the mythical circuit of Le Castellet.
You can recognize it from far and wide with its surface matching the national colours, blue, white and red. This circuit built by Paul Ricard in 1960 and renovated 8 years ago has a unique system in France of huge overflows to make the cars brake without too many injuries...It is moreover the one that has been chosen to welcome the French F1 championship at the end of June.
Installation of two marquees to house the cars
At the foot of the famous track, Atawa installed a 400m2 infrastructure, consisting of two tents placed side by side. During the first week, this ephemeral bivouac allowed the championship organising teams to store their equipment.
The tent then came to life to welcome the parade of the 90 racing cars of the competition invited to a technical verification session... A must for the right to drive!
Atawa brilliantly piloted the construction of the backstage area of high-level motor sport...
