Rent a tent for the Vertigo race in Paris
The national sports festival took place on 23 September. Throughout France, there were many events and Atawa managed the installations for the Vertigo race in Paris. It took place in an emblematic place: the Maison de la Radio. For this charity race, Atawa donned its sportswear!
A reception tent to welcome the athletes
For the past 4 years, the Maison de la Radio in Paris has hosted the Vertigo Race. Organised by Playground Event, it has a charitable aim: 100% of the entries are donated to the NGO Play International, which develops educational programmes through sport. The aim of this sporting event? To climb the 365 steps of the round house, i.e. 22 floors in music and without a stopwatch, with family, colleagues or friends. At the end, a gift: a breathtaking panoramic view of the capital!
To welcome the athletes, Atawa has set up a classic 5x27m reception tent at the bottom of the Maison de la Radio. On a wooden floor of 135 m², a central terrace of 36m² was set up and a podium was installed. The whole area was carpeted.
Throughout the preparations for the event, several work sessions were organised between Atawa and Playground Event: from the 3D design to the installation of the structure, including the technical visit, the feasibility studies for the project and the tent rental quotes according to the organisers' budget. The sports day went off without a hitch.
Atawa team in the race!
On the day, the Atawa team was present to manage the installation, but not only... The employees put on their trainers to take part in the Vertigo race and climbed the 22 floors of the Maison de la Radio alongside big names in sport, such as Arnaud Assoumani, or journalists, such as Audrey Pulvar.
By participating in its clients' events, Atawa understands the problems of the organisers and can therefore provide them with better advice and support.
