Organising a chic Bat Mitsvah in the PACA region

A wine estate on the heights of Saint-Tropez: this is the dream setting that Marjorie chose for her daughter's Bat Mitsvah on June 16th. Atawa helped organise this private event for the 172 guests.

An upscale outdoor Bat Mitzvah

Nestled in the heights of Saint-Tropez, the Domaine de la Croix was transformed into a real party place! For several months, Marjorie, the London decorators and Atawa's teams imagined a Bat Mitsvah worthy of the greatest Tropezian parties: a 70's theme, American style, with elegant disco notes and a make-up stand for the queen of the evening and her friends.

Gold disco balls, candle holders and table decorations were mixed with orange tablecloths and beautiful bouquets of pink, orange and white flowers. Outside, guests could enjoy the buffet and nibble on large white tablecloths or chat in small rattan lounges illuminated by candles and cinema spotlights.
The icing on the cake: a Ford Mustang with a touch of retro charmed the guests at the entrance to the Domaine. 

Original and glamorous Bat Mitsvah in a Cristal tent

To meet Marjorie's requirements, Atawa's teams worked for several months on the design of the appropriate infrastructure for this private event. After several proposals and 3D designs that allowed the client to better project herself, the choice fell on a very aesthetic 375 m² Cristal tent with a transparent canvas and roof that allowed it to blend into the landscape. The teams installed a self-ballasted wooden floor to match the furniture with a white skirting. 

The Atawa teams coordinated with the London decorators to understand the project: from the technical constraints of the Cristal tent to those of the Domaine, each service provider was able to adapt to small last-minute changes.
