Marquee hire for an opening ceremony

Taking advantage of the warm summer weather, the company Medinger Environnement organised a party to inaugurate its new recycling platform. This was an opportunity for the 150 guests to get together on a sunny day and enjoy a variety of convivial activities.

Medinger, an independent family business founded in 1947, specialises in soil treatment, public works, structural work and materials. In 2017, the company launched the "Medinger Environnement" branch, a new structure dedicated to earthworks and the management of polluted soil for urban sites.
In the same vein, the company then created MYmat, a platform dedicated to soil recycling and the recovery of eco-materials. 
Medinger Environnement wanted to celebrate this innovation in style by organising an inauguration on the platform's own site.

Located on the port of Bruyères-sur-Oise, the MYmat platform now occupies 3.4 hectares of land. The ideal place to hold an inauguration ceremony that will leave a lasting impression and reward a long period of work.
Working hand in hand with event organiser Johanna, Atawa proposed the installation of a 10 x 30 metre reception tent, including a corner for the catering service. In addition, Atawa provided floor lighting, security lighting and a complete range of furniture: a podium, two lounge areas, a bar, a lectern, buffets, chairs and ashtrays. 
 

Optimising the original solution to Medinger Environnement's needs and budget, Atawa also provided three screens, four speakers and a microphone for the speeches and presentation films. 
The 150 guests were also able to enjoy a lively game of table football - protected from the sun - as well as photo sessions in front of a green photocall, all under a clear blue sky.
