Hiring a large reception tent for a company cocktail party

To present its new real estate program, Franco-Suisse Bâtiment imagined a cocktail party in the courtyard of the Saint-Benoît parish, in Issy-les-Moulineaux. Atawa designed a turnkey solution to install and decorate the event tent for the evening.

Chic event for the company in Franco-Swiss real estate

A chic and solemn atmosphere on 23 May in Issy-les-Moulineaux, near Paris. The courtyard of the Saint-Benoit parish welcomed the Mayor and a host of guests eager to walk the red carpet to discover the new real estate programme of the company Franco-Suisse Bâtiment! 

For the occasion, Atawa designed and installed a small 15 m² over-deck structure as a cloakroom and two 384 m² white reception tents with opaque and translucent canvas. Inside, the teams provided all the infrastructure for the event: customised wall cladding, self-ballasted floor with bright red carpeting, interior architectural lighting and exterior spotlights to guide guests, black podium, lectern and microphones for speaking, video projector and reminder screens for the project presentation. In addition to the rental of the reception tent, Atawa was involved in the complete electrical distribution and the installation of two generators.

While Atawa's teams were busy setting up the cloakroom and reception tents in the presence of a local coordinator, Franco-Suisse Bâtiment was able to make the final preparations for the evening.
