Mousquetaires Group corporate conferences

The Les Mousquetaires group called on Atawa to design and install an original event structure in the Parc de Tréville, its head office. The aim: to present and promote its projects focused on sustainable development. 

Outdoor corporate event at the Parc de Tréville

As part of the European Sustainable Development Week, the Les Mousquetaires group organised a corporate event to promote its sustainable development projects to other professionals. An original event, in the Parc de Tréville, punctuated by conferences and small group discussions on the group's innovations and the launch of new services. 

For ten days or so, a huge, classic cross-shaped reception tent mounted on a self-ballasted varnished wooden floor welcomed guests. It was in fact three tents adjoining each other, with a total of 400 m² of opaque white canvas and transparent or white curtains to delimit the spaces and let in the light of the fine weather. A great way to enjoy the country setting while working!  

Immobilisation of the marquee for several days

This is the second consecutive year that the Les Mousquetaires group has entrusted this project to Atawa. A renewed confidence for the greatest pleasure of the teams! For more than ten days the tent was set up in the same place, as two different events took place two weeks apart. For logistical and economic reasons, it proved more sensible to leave the original structure in place in order to avoid repetitive assembly and disassembly. 
To compensate for the storms and weather constraints with gusts of 100 km/h, Atawa preferred to remove the canvas to limit the risks of damaging the material and causing damage. Serenity above all!
