Orangery installation for a wedding in the Loire Valley

Why set up an orangery for your wedding?

The orangerie was the ideal structure for this wedding in Saint Pierre la Noaille. With 130 guests, the wedding reception was intended to be intimate, authentic and luxurious. The orangerie is a high-end facility perfectly suited to the organization of an elegant and refined wedding. This modular, customizable structure adapts to the wishes of the bride and groom, whether in terms of size or color.

For this wedding in Saint Pierre la Noaille, the orangery created a unique, refined and elegant setting, a bit like a jewel box. Thanks to the glass walls, guests were able to enjoy the daylight and admire nightfall. Once night had fallen, the lighting created a luminous cocoon for the bride and groom and their guests, prolonging the magic of the wedding reception.

Installing the orangery for a unique and refined wedding

For this wedding in Auvergne, we opted for a 16m x 20m (320 m²) orangery, with a full crystal roof and floor. Luxurious and bright, the orangerie set the tone for this chic, elegant and refined wedding. We completed the installation with a black brushed cotton underskirt to fill the space between the floor and the structure.

No detail was left to chance to ensure the comfort of guests: we designed custom-made steps complete with handrails to allow safe access to the orangery, as well as an air-conditioning system to cool the orangery with 2 blowing ducts. A starry sky beneath the orangery added the final touch to this magical, enchanting setting.

Attention to detail

In terms of other infrastructure, a 75 m² catering area was installed with a floor. For the ceremony and cocktail reception, we installed a 150 m² stretch nomad tent with floor.

The furniture was also adapted to suit each moment of the ceremony: crossback chairs and round tables for the wedding dinner, squares for the ceremony, a bistro bar for the cocktail reception, side tables with white covers and a lounge area with the Bali range of furniture. The access paths were laid with coco expo carpeting for a refined touch.

Because we pay attention to detail, we also installed parasols and ashtrays to ensure guests' comfort. Self-contained sanitary cubicles complete the infrastructure.

Taking care of the technical details for a perfect wedding from A to Z

Atawa was also responsible for installing a generator package to power the air conditioning, lighting and catering. This package included not only the 100 Kva generator, but also the 100 Kva emergency generator and the switchover cabinet, as well as the quantity of fuel needed to last 12 hours. In this way, we were prepared for any unforeseen circumstances!

An Atawa technician was on duty during the event. This ensured that the event ran smoothly. Our technician coordinated the teams and the technical adjustments: heating, lighting, curtains... And he did so throughout the event to ensure that everything ran smoothly and without a hitch.

Thanks to our experience, we were able to advise the customer on the best possible configuration for the successful installation of the orangery for this wedding. The customer's first choice of location was too steep to be able to properly install this high-end infrastructure. Our teams decided to keep the wedging to a minimum. Fortunately, the customer was delighted with the new location, which gave him a more unobstructed view of the orangery and made it easier for him to fit into his plot.
