On 10 April, in Aulnay-Sous-Bois, just 15 kilometres from Paris, Segro inaugurated its new e-commerce food logistics platform, located in the heart of the former PSA Aulnay site. Atawa was there.
26 600 m².... The idea? A huge platform that will prepare drive orders for around fifty shops in the northern half of the region by the end of 2018, including pedestrian drives in Paris. No less than 200 guests were invited to the inauguration of this new supermarket palace.
Tailor-made infrastructure
From 3D plan to reality, Atawa has ordered everything. The objective? To create a cosy space in this cold, raw warehouse in the SEGRO colours. That's why the Atawa team chose a 5m high bridge structure with a wooden formwork that matches the beams of the place. The 300m² grey carpet and red lampshades were a gentle reference to the colours of Europe's leading property company. Not forgetting the 3D letters!
The design of the furniture was also modern and neat: nice armchairs and sofas. Tables were scattered all over the place to provide food for the guests. Waiters came and went from the catering area. Lighting? The light was provided by free-standing spotlights placed as if nothing had happened at the foot of the imposing posts. Behind the podium installed by Atawa, the client's logos were projected onto a stretched canvas.
And at the last moment, the team set up a luxury sanitary trailer as well as the signage guiding the guests to the new castle...
