Inauguration Evening under the Dome at the InterContinental Bordeaux
EdenAuto Lormont, a prestigious car dealership, sought to organize a memorable inauguration evening for the launch of the new fully electric BMW. The event was held at the InterContinental - Le Grand Hôtel de Bordeaux, an iconic address in the heart of the city. Planned to accommodate 60 guests, this event aimed to offer an exclusive and luxurious experience to a carefully selected clientele.
Organized in Just 10 Days
The organization of this evening was a real challenge for Atawa, with a lead time of only 10 days before the event. The first technical visit (TV) was mandatory the day after the initial contact to ensure the feasibility of the project. The terrace of the InterContinental measured 7m x 7m, just enough to install a 7m dome that had to house a 5.5m long car. The dimensions were perfect but extremely tight, requiring meticulous planning and flawless execution.
To meet these complex needs, Atawa proposed a comprehensive and customized solution:
✨ 7m Dome with Crystal Roof: A spacious and elegant structure, capable of protecting guests from the elements while offering an unobstructed view of the surroundings of the Grand Hôtel. The crystal roof added a unique touch, allowing guests to enjoy the view of the Bordeaux sky.
✨ Flooring: To ensure a stable and comfortable floor, essential for an event of this scale.
✨ LED Bars: Sophisticated lighting solutions to create a luxurious and high-end ambiance, highlighting the new BMW.
✨ Skirting: Both to conceal technical elements, ensuring a perfect aesthetic, and to allow the car to be brought onto the terrace and installed under the Dome.

The organization of the event was marked by Atawa's responsiveness and flexibility. With only 10 days to prepare, the team demonstrated remarkable adaptability. The technical visit the day after the first contact quickly validated the project's feasibility, ensuring flawless execution.
The 7m dome installed on the terrace was perfectly sized to accommodate the new BMW, offering a spectacular and luxurious setting for the evening. The addition of LED bars and skirting enhanced the space, creating a modern and refined ambiance.

The elevation of the new BMW onto the terrace posed a notable technical challenge due to a 40cm offset. Thanks to meticulous planning and execution, Atawa's team successfully managed this delicate operation, adding a spectacular touch to the event.
