Organization of a groundbreaking ceremony in Rueil-Malmaison

Agence Première called on Atawa to imagine, design and implement the groundbreaking project for its client Foncière Habitat. A highly symbolic evening for which Atawa's teams did not lack responsiveness and creativity!

A few months ago, Agence Première organized a groundbreaking ceremony for its client Foncière Habitat. The objective: to unveil the construction project of La Villa Cézane, a brand new real estate program in Rueil-Malmaison, and to mark the start of the work.

For the occasion, Atawa had installed a very elegant reception area, just like La Villa Cézane, in the middle of the construction site. A huge 330 m² classic reception tent with a translucent canvas was placed on a wooden floor on a metal frame covered by a red carpet, tables and armchairs allowed guests to chat quietly between two sushis and petits fours, spotlights nicely lit the podium installed for the speeches.  And to welcome the guests, the Atawa teams had rolled out the traditional red carpet!

Support from A to Z

From the first meeting to the big day, Atawa was attentive and creative in meeting the needs of its client: 3D design and site survey beforehand to choose the most suitable location for the reception tent, digital printing of the gable to customize the tarpaulin with the colors of La Villa Cézane and, so that Foncière Habitat could resume work on Monday morning, Atawa's local teams proceeded to dismantle the tent in record time as soon as the ceremony was over!
Atawa also offered clever arrangements for the evening such as electrical distribution, installation of a double glass door and the rental of three forced air heaters to keep the heat inside the reception tent, installation of a checkroom and an access ramp for people with reduced mobility. Throughout the evening, a technician provided the sound system.
