First NextGen exhibition
Infrastructure rental for Nextgen
Dive into the heart of the event by viewing the virtual tour
The first NextGen Bike, Scooter, Motorcycle Show opened its doors from 6 to 8 April on the Easymonneret circuit in Meudon. Atawa managed the infrastructure from A to Z.
The idea was the brainchild of former French motorbike champion Philippe Monneret, who also runs the famous Easymonneret motorbike school. The aim? To encourage the use of two wheels, bicycles, scooters and motorbikes in order to facilitate urban mobility. 3000 people took part.
A tailor-made design for the two-wheeler fair
Before the inauguration, Atawa presented the design of the entire exhibition on a plan and in 3D. This allowed us to propose, refine and meet the expectations of the organiser of this major event. The versatile and technical team also took care of the promotional video for the show, again in advance...
The exhibition is divided into two parts. One part is theoretical, the other practical.
First, the visitors walked through the huge 650m2 tent, which had been installed and furnished entirely by Atawa. The tables, chairs, sound system, interior and exterior lighting, power supply... Everything was managed by the experienced multi-task team.
On the floor covered with a large fleece carpet, the enthusiasts discovered the exhibitors and their models of bikes, scooters, motorbikes... Once decided, they could test the coveted machine on the circuit track adjacent to the tent.
Atawa has also installed three 25m2 pagodas. One to welcome the visitors, the second to supervise the tests on the circuit and finally the third tent to refresh and feed the delighted drivers...
Great success for this first edition. Atawa, once again, has brilliantly fulfilled its mission...
