Fairytale wedding at Château de Villette

Fairytale wedding at Château de Villette

In the prestigious grounds of Château de Villette, a lavish wedding orchestrated in collaboration with Easton Event, Skyline Tent Company, and Atawa took place. Hand in hand, we organized an event worthy of the magnificent setting.

A luxurious wedding in record time

Organizing a wedding at Château de Villette is always a significant challenge. This time, the complexity was further heightened by the high demands and access constraints of the venue. Atawa had to deploy its expertise to set up 2070 square meters of tents and 1524 square meters of flooring in just three days, all while meeting tight deadlines and last-minute requests.

A strong partnership between Skyline Tent Company, Easton Event, and Atawa

Under this pressure, the Atawa team rose to the challenge brilliantly. The collaboration with Skyline Tent Company, which served as the link with the American wedding planner Easton Event, was essential. Thanks to smooth communication and exemplary coordination, every detail was carefully planned and executed.

Infrastructures and decorations reflecting the venue’s magic

For this wedding, Atawa provided an impressive range of infrastructures and decorations to transform the château into a magical place:

Dinner Tent: A 20m x 35m glass tent with a crystal roof and black-edged glass cladding, offering a breathtaking view of the château gardens.

Cocktail and Dinner Tents: A 200 square meter white catering tent for the cocktail and a 195 square meter black tent for the dinner, ensuring an elegant and functional space.

Sanitary and Storage Tents: Classic sanitary facilities and storage spaces were installed without compromising the beauty of the venue.

Rain Options: A 25m x 20m awning with a crystal roof was considered as a rain option but ultimately wasn't needed due to the weather.

After-Party Tent: A 20m x 15m structure with a white roof and new crystal curtains was provided for the nighttime festivities.

Sanitary Caravans: Four sanitary caravans, including three for guests and one for staff, ensuring optimal comfort.

Why choose Atawa for this type of event?

Atawa's ability to respond to such a complex request highlights not only their responsiveness but also their capacity to maintain high-quality standards under pressure. But it’s also about:

  • Flexibility: Atawa’s teams built an intermediate structure under the glass tent at the last moment to allow for the client's decor to be hung.
  • Comprehensive Offer: Atawa managed all logistical aspects, including renting a dumpster for waste, facilitating the work of co-suppliers.
  • Adaptability: A temporary protective tarp was installed on the roof to shield from the sun during setup and then removed at the last moment.
