Customised stand UNYCK
Oriental exhibition stand at the Management Fair
In November 2018, Atawa was asked by the UNYCK consultancy to design a bespoke and original stand for them. Their wish? To arouse interest and curiosity at the Salon du Management, organised for the second consecutive year at the Cité de la Mode.
Stand construction and design
The specifications were simple: UNYCK wanted above all to surprise and differentiate itself from other stands. To achieve this, the company came up with the idea of a tailor-made service, offering visitors the opportunity to come and discuss their current managerial issues. And what better way to go into the subject than with a cup of tea. With this in mind, the consulting firm has designed an oriental "Tente à Palabres" style stand where visitors can reflect and find appropriate answers, while enjoying a steaming cup of mint tea. In no time, Atawa donned his Aladdin hat and willingly played the game to grant their wish.
In order to allow UNYCK to visualise in advance what their bespoke stand would look like, Atawa first made a 3D plan, proposing a blue bridge structure with a real palm tree in the centre. In order to make the stand look more real, they also installed atmospheric lighting, Berber carpets, a bar and furniture with an oriental feel. Managing the logistics and coordination of the event from start to finish, Atawa was in direct contact with the exhibition teams and was able to show flexibility on the day. Indeed, the measurements given at the outset were not the right ones, so the dimensions of the stand had to be modified on site.
An original idea that attracted many visitors, who were able to enjoy a single ticket to Marrakech, while discussing the challenges of their business(es) with UNYCK and their expert partners.
