Event tents for the Affoilante week in PACA

After three editions in Brittany, the Affoilante Week gathered foil boat lovers in the Mediterranean, from June 14th to 17th. Atawa rented all the necessary structures and marquees to welcome more than 1500 speed enthusiasts on the water.

A sports event village on the waterfront in Fréjus

The Affoilante Week is THE gathering of all hydrofoil machines: hydrofoil trimarans, windsurfers, kite-surfers, hydrofoil moths, motorboats...
For the occasion, the Atawa teams have once again hoisted their sails in the south of France and set up a large sports event village made up of 20 Pagoda tents on the edge of the pier. This is where the activities took place: presentation of the equipment and manufacturers, conferences... As for the refreshment area, it was the most popular spot for all the party-goers who enjoyed the evenings organised at the water's edge.
In the centre, the large 96 m2 Stretch tent was the reception point for all participants. Here, instructions and race numbers were handed out and visitors were given information about the hydrofoils. Even the Atawa teams were close to putting on a wetsuit and trying it out!

Modular infrastructure for a sports event

Atawa made a big splash in the organisation of this sporting event. As usual, it accompanied the organisers on the layout of the site and helped them choose the most suitable infrastructures for the Affoilante Week. The teams provided the entire 3D design of the event beforehand and, in order to adapt to the constraints of the site, they installed a 100 m2 floor under the large Stretch tent. In short, the advice is always personalised and the support is tailor-made to meet the needs of each event organiser.
