Claire organised a private birthday party at her chateau estate in the Perche region of France, an unspoilt and invigorating place in the heart of the Orne region of Normandy. Atawa transformed the location into a suitable accommodation space for the event.

Rent a round silhouette tent for a birthday party

The vast grounds of the majestic Normandy castle give you that feeling of grandeur that you can't get anywhere else. The lush green nature soothes you. This is the setting in which Atawa has set up the reception area for a chic country birthday party. The rental of a marquee in the Perche region was made particularly easy by the local presence of Atawa. Under the supervision of coordinator Atawa Hubert, the team erected a round Silhouette tent with a diameter of 14 m on an area of 150 m² near the swimming pool. When the Silhouette tent was set up, it was noticed that it contrasted well with the rectangular shape of the pool. The floor was square. It was mounted on a metal frame and covered the total area of 225 m². To give the structure a chic look, Atawa installed a jute skirting.

Installation of tipis to accommodate guests

A number of two-person comfort accommodation tipis have been set up to accommodate some of the guests. Two tipis communicate with each other by means of a carpet rolled out on the lawn. Inside, two mattresses are dressed in their own bedding and equipped with matching pillows. An upright ladder with a few hangers serves as a clothes rack. The guests who stayed overnight appreciated this almost industrial style, which they said enhanced the beauty of the interior decoration of the small facilities!

The evening was brightened up by the lighting provided by string lights, which contributed to the country spirit of the anniversary. There was plenty of entertainment.

An efficient intervention, a good relationship of trust

Although the contact was made at the very last minute, everything was done within the agreed timeframe. Claire, the venue manager, contacted Atawa on a Friday and the quotation was validated on the following Monday. The contract was then signed. With 10 days to go before the anniversary celebration, the installation began. The permanent presence of the coordinator allowed Claire to take care of other aspects of the event. Our coordinator Hubert was on hand to check that the set-up met the client's requirements.

Everyone had a great time during the country chic birthday celebration in Le Perche. In the end, Claire expressed her gratitude to Atawa for all her suggestions. The chatelaine is keeping in touch with Atawa, and plans to call the company again on future occasions, whether private or professional!
