- for a standing reception (buffet): 0.5 m²/person;
- for a reception with rows of seats: 0.7 m²/person;
- for a seated reception with round tables: 1.2 m²/person.

For example, if you are planning a small seminar to reveal your future strategy to 50 executives, you should choose a marquee of at least 35 square meters (0.7 × 50 = 35).
