How do you plan a plan B for your event in case of bad weather?
 

During an event, not everything can be under control. One factor (only one!) cannot be tamed on the big day: the weather. But the good news is that there are solutions for dealing with sleet or sudden heat waves. Here are some explanations.

Opt for an adaptable structure

Some event tents offer the possibility of enjoying an outdoor cocktail party while being protected from the sun or rain. Waterproof and UV resistant, the Stretch tent is a good example. Think about the "extras".

If the choice of the structure that will host the cocktail guests is essential, don't forget your service providers. The caterer could find himself at a loss in a rainstorm if some of his preparation equipment is in the open air. The same goes for the musicians. Here too, to avoid any stress, plan a space.
