5 reasons to choose the stretch tent for your events

To choose or not to choose a Stretch tent, that is the question... to which we are going to give you some answers. Here's an overview of the advantages of this super adaptable structure with a unique aesthetic.

For an atypical or classic location

If there is only one word that defines the Stretch tent, it is definitely adaptability. Its elastic fabric stretched over poles (made of eucalyptus wood or aluminium) allows a multitude of configurations, whatever the location, the weather and the nature of the event. Your event brings together 30, 100, 500... 1,000 people? Or even more? No problem. The Stretch tent is available in various standard sizes that can be combined with each other.

To cope with the vagaries of the weather

Modular as you like, this structure is designed to adapt to the location but also to the weather conditions. Its sides, which can be opened or closed, offer the possibility of sheltering from any weather conditions. Note that the Stretch tent fabric is waterproof and UV resistant. It is also capable of withstanding 100km/h of wind and 4cm of snow. It is also fire retardant and M2 fire rated. In other words, it is not easily flammable.

For excellent acoustics

The Stretch fabric offers excellent acoustics that will delight sensitive ears. The fabric is also a very good support for visual creations and other light effects. Guaranteed effects! So many details not to be neglected for all events that will host shows, speeches, dance floors, etc.

The open configuration 

The open configuration of the Stretch tent is perfect for enjoying the outdoor environment under a beautiful blue sky or starry night! However, beware of cooler evenings or bad weather: the open stretch tent cannot be closed during the evening.

The configuration with one or more closed or semi-closed sides

   If you choose this configuration you can close between 1 and 3 sides by lowering the fabric. The semi-enclosed or enclosed Stretch tent therefore provides more protection for the tent space in case of bad weather. Please bear in mind that lowering the fabric will result in a loss of floor space!

The configuration with four corners on the ground 

   This configuration offers a compromise to the two previous solutions. It allows you to enjoy the outdoor environment while protecting you a little more from the vagaries of the weather than the open configuration. Often chosen for its sand dune-like aesthetics, it gives you the opportunity to create mesmerizing light effects!

Some disadvantages

It is important to note that the Stretch tent cannot be heated in volume so it is not the most suitable for a sit-down dinner in cooler weather. It is possible to install a radiant heater, but this will only be able to heat surfaces, so not all guests will be able to enjoy it for a sit-down dinner.
