Our advice for your wedding


For a wedding tent rental, we advise you to contact us at least 3 months in advance. This will allow you to have a wide choice of tents as well as time to discuss the different options you might want (furniture, flooring, lighting, sanitary facilities, etc.).

Careful, now: June is the most popular month for weddings. You should therefore allow extra preparation time in case your reception takes place during this period.


If you would like to dine in the infrastructure you are renting, we recommend that you count 1.2m2/person. If you wish to add a dance area or catering area to this surface, we recommend that you count 1.5m2/person.

Finally, if your infrastructure is a simple dance space or if your guests will remain standing during the whole duration of your reception, count 0.5m2 / pers.


Do you have a lot of land with a steep slope? Are you afraid that your guests won't all be at the same height, that you won't be able to put a floor? Make no mistake, our experts will be able to adjust your ground up to 1 meter of difference in height.

In addition, there are all kinds of ballast and inking that allow us to install a tent on any terrain (terrace, field, meadow, etc.).

Wedding tents are usually set up two days before the date of your reception to give you time to take possession of the place and install any additional furniture. Dismantling usually takes place the day after your wedding (Sunday not included).
