Wedding in Bretagne by the water

Wedding in Bretagne by the water

Wedding reception in Ile-et-Vilaine

On 30 September 2017, Atawa was particularly vibrant, dancing, feasting... Aymeric, one of its founders was getting married. The couple chose to celebrate their wedding in a family home, in Brittany, in Minihic-sur-Rance.

Renting a beautiful crystal tent in Brittany

The bride fell in love with this exceptional location in Bretagne's IIle-et-Vilaine region on her first visit. It must be said that the property looks like a paradise with the view on the Rance river and the garden in the middle of which stands the Ancient One: a 500 year old giant chestnut tree.

The cocktail party was held both in the house and under three pagodas to defy the Breton drizzle. Wooden teak tables and chairs were scattered around, available to guests. And for the lucky or clever, a lounge with leather poufs and an antique iron coffee table overlooked the beach below. The entrance to the tent was illuminated by a country-style garland.
The dinner took place under a 300 m2 crystal tent with a view of the Rance on one side and the chestnut tree and the property on the other. Spotlights at the foot of the trees illuminated their foliage.
In Lebanon, his wife's country of origin, people dance all night long, even during dinner: a podium installed in the centre of the tent allowed the 230 guests to be amazed. Napoleon chairs surrounded round tables dotted with candle holders. These were filled with sand, orchids and candles. A sober decoration to preserve the view of the Rance and its boats, lit all night long by a powerful exterior projector.

Atawa managed everything: renting the tent, electricity, decoration, furniture thanks to its stocks in Bretagne.
